Aim Publicity is a thriving independent PR company specialising in entertainment publicity.

It launched in 2004 and in a relatively short space of time it has built a reputation as a vibrant, exciting company that delivers results and coverage for our clients and their titles.

Line of Duty Series 4 and 1 – 4 Box Set

Released a week after final episode TX, this was the home entertainment release of the police corruption show everyone was talking about. Although we didn’t have all lead cast, we secured limited time with Adrian Dunbar, Maya Sondhi and Nigel Boyle and writer Jed Mercurio. We placed some stand out broadcast coverage the week prior to and the week of the DVD release including BBC Breakfast, ITV This Morning, Radio 5 Live – Afternoon Edition, BBC London, TalkSport, TalkRadio, BBC Radio Wales, BBC Radio Scotland and many more. We secured interview/feature coverage across print press including Sunday Mirror, Daily Star, Daily Mirror, TV Times, The People, Daily Mail Weekend and a vast online campaign including Express.co.uk, Digital Spy, Yahoo.co.uk and DenofGeek. We placed review in key national press such as Sunday Express Magazine, Daily Mail Weekend, Daily Star, with additional coverage in Heat Magazine, Best Magazine, Total Film and extensive online reviews and promotions.

 

Broadchurch Series 3 and Complete 1 – 3 Box Set 

 

Following the finale of series 3 of this TV phenomenon we publicised the DVD and Blu-ray release of this series and the complete box set. We had very limited cast access, but secured interviews with Mark Bazeley in Sunday Mirror’s Notebook, a double-page feature in The People and numerous BBC radio shows from BBC Radio Wales, to BBC Radio Cornwall via BBC Radio York and beyond, as well as TalkSport’s flagship Hawksbee and Jacobs show. Jodie Whittaker did a great interview on BBC 6 Music’s Shaun Keaveny Show and Charlie Higson appeared on ITV Lorraine as well as a piece in Daily Mail Weekend. We placed numerous online interviews including Digital Spy, Yahoo, Mirror Online, Express Online and a feature piece on Broadchurch Style, based on one of the DVD extras, that ran in Daily Express and online. A vast reviews campaign ran in all key national press, consumer press including Radio Times, Heat, Closer, Choice and Home Cinema Choice and regional newspapers including Glasgow Herald, Wales On Sunday, Birmingham Mercury and Newcastle Journal.  We secured extensive promo coverage including a Twitter giveaway with Daily Mirror’s TV Critic Ian Hyland, and numerous local news outlets including visit-dorset, Dorset Echo, Bridport News, Cornish Times and across TV, entertainment websites and blogs.

 

The Kettering Incident

 

Starring The Night Manager’s Elizabeth Debicki this under the radar mystery series set in Tasmania aired on Sky Atlantic and although we didn’t have any talent interviews we garnered an extensive reviews and promotions campaign for the Blu-ray and DVD release. Pieces ran in national press including The People, Daily Express, Mail on Sunday and extensive pieces in Sci-Fi press including Sci-Fi Now, Fortean Times, FrightFest, ForbiddenPlanet Blog, SciFiBulletin and a vast online campaign including reviews in The Reprobate, MoviesInFoucs, FrontRowReviews, TellyBinge, DVDFever, HeraldScotland Online and competitions on FemaleFirst, CloserOnline and consumer press coverage including Inside Soap, Home Cinema Choic and Choice Magazine.

 

The Beaster Bunny

 

This hilarious B-movie horror about a 50-foot man-eating bunny, was of course released in time for the Easter break and we generated an inordinate amount of online coverage with UniLad saying it’s ‘The Easter Horror Movie You Have to Watch’ alongside their feature and trailer coverage. We secured pieces on mainstream websites such as LadBible, Vulture Hound and Critics-Associated, as well as dozens of cult and horror outlets including Starburst, Scream Magazine, Nerdly, Den of Geek, Darkside, Frightfest, The Fortean Times, Terrorizer, Exquisite Terror, and Horror Asylum. The trailer alone received over 21,000 views on Youtube. A special Easter screening of the movie was organised in Dublin in coordination with NewsTalk Radio to coincide with the release.

 

The Good Karma Hospital 

 

This Indian set medical drama made its DVD debut following its run on ITV for which there was a large press campaign, but with some limited cast access we managed to place some great interviews. For Amanda Redman we secured coverage in Daily Express, Closer and Best and for broadcast Amanda Redman was joined by Neil Morrissey for a highly entertaining chat on Steve Wright’s BBC Radio 2 Show. We also had limited time with Amrita Acharia who took part in interviews including Express Online and Scottish Sunday Post as well as a morning of BBC Regional radio interviews and Sagar Radia appeared on BBC Asian Network’s Parle Patel Show. Other coverage included Daily Mirror’s We Love TV, Saturday Express Magazine, Daily Star and Prima.

 

Ealing Music & Film Festival 2017

We promoted this February festival for the fourth year running and secured some great broadcast coverage including Artistic Director Julian Gallant on London Live news and soloist Martin James Bartlett performance and interview on BBC Radio 3's prestigious primetime show In Tune. We secured coverage in Classical Music magazine and classical music websites and blogs including Music & Vision, Seenandheard-international.com, Planethugill.com and many more. Most importantly we worked closely with local press securing pieces in Ealing Gazette, Get West London, Ealing Today, VisitSouthall.co.uk, AllAboutEaling and the Enquirer. We featured in the What To Do This Weekend section of LastMinute.com's blog, and appeared on multiple listings websites including Londontown.com, allinlondon.co.uk, ViewLondon.co.uk, thefestivalcalendar.co.uk, as well as websites such as britflicks.co.uk and memoirsofametrogirl

Delicious

A release of the Sky1 drama starring Dawn French and Emilia Fox, although we had no access to talent for this home entertainment release we secured some great review and competition coverage with pieces in Mail On Sunday, Daily Star, The Sun, Daily Mirror and The People for National Press, women’s press including Best, Bella, Heat, Woman’s Own, Woman’s Weekly and Now. We placed coverage with retirement press including Mature Times, Yours, Choice and 50Connect. We also placed coverage with food press including Great British Food, Delicious Magazine and as it was filmed and set in Cornwall we secured press in The Cornish Guardian, Cornwall Live and Sunday Independent Cornwall

Witness for the Prosecution and Two By Christie Box Set 

Following the screening of this BBC drama over the Christmas holidays we promoted the series and an Agatha Christie Box Set on DVD. With limited access to cast we secured interview pieces with Billy Howle in The Gentlemen’s Journal and David Haig in Daily Express plus a morning of BBC radio interviews with him and a separate day of radio with Monica Dolan. Sarah Phelps the screenwriter did the My View slot in Daily Mail Weekend and an Andrea Riseborough interview ran in Big Issue. On top of this we placed coverage in Saturday Express Magazine, Mail On Sunday, Sunday Mirror, The Sun Fabulous Magazine, crime press including Crime Scene, Real Crime and Crimetime. Other pieces ran in Woman, Closer, Yours, TV websites such as TellyBinge, VultureHound, CustardTV, and TV & Satellite Week and vast radio and regional reviews and giveaways

Sophia Loren’s Two Women & A Special Day 

We promoted two of Sophia Loren’s lesser known films on Blu-ray and DVD and a one-off screening at the ICA and placed extensive review coverage across national press including Mail On Sunday Event and Express, film press including Sight & Sound, Cinema Retro and Total Film. Stretch and Bobbito: Radio That Changed Lives

A DVD release of feature documentary about the people behind the seminal nineties radio show that launched the career of many hip hop superstars including Jay Z and Nas. We secured interview features with Huck Magazine, Hero Magazine, The Ransom Note and Echoes Magazine. We placed an interview with BBC 1Xtra Stretch and Bobbito for an old school hip hop special on Charlie Sloth’s show and a an interview ran on the Gilles Peterson Show. We secured an exclusive clips campaign with feature coverage running on Daily Star Online, GQ Online, Unilad, The Ladbible and RWDMag, these received huge pick up across other sites. We also placed a hip hop bundle competition across music websites including Q Online, Mojo4Music and film and radio outlets including Empire and Kiss FM, all ran with the trailer. Reviews ran across music press and online with including 5 stars in Record Collector

The Missing Series 2 and DVD Box Set 

 

BBC’s The Missing returned with a hugely popular second series starring a stand out cast, including the return of the brilliant Tcheky Karyo and new to the series Keeley Hawes, David Morrissey and Laura Fraser.  We had very limited time with Laura Fraser but placed some great pieces including a four-page feature interview in Sunday Telegraph’s Stella Magazine, a piece in Closer Magazine and an appearance on BBC Breakfast. We also had time with the writers Jack and Harry Williams and secured a full day of BBC Radio taking in BBC London’s Robert Elms, BBC Radio Norfolk, Suffolk, Oxford, Derby, Three Counties, Lincolnshire and many more. They also spoke to Digital Spy and The Custard TV for features. Extensive review coverage was placed in Sunday Express S Magazine, Daily Mail Weekend, Daily Star, The Sun Popcorn, Crime Scene, Real Crime, Heat, Woman, Woman’s Own and Now, with reviews and competitions running online and across regional press and radio.

People Just Do Nothing Complete Box Set


For the cult BBC Three mockumentary series first DVD release we arranged a press junket like no other with the some of the main characters: Grindah, Chabuddy G and DJ Steves. We sourced a suitable location and arranged interviews with DJ Magazine, Echoes Magazine, Comedy.co.uk and TheRansomNote, and set up video interviews with Digital Spy, Don’t Panic and Konbini. We then took to the roof of The Guardian’s offices for a filmed piece with Guardian Online. We also arranged an interview with BBC 6 Music’s Radcliffe and Maconie. We placed exclusive clips with RWDOnline and Gigwise with further coverage including NME, Radio Times, Heat, All About Soap, Cultbox, Telly Binge, I Talk Telly and We Are Cult.

Q Volume 1: Series 1-3

Spike Milligan’s BAFTA-nominated, surreal sketch show, a huge influence on Monty Python’s Flying Circus, got its first ever home entertainment release since it first aired in 1969. We secured positive reviews in The Sun and the Saturday Express Magazine as well as print publications including Sight & Sound, Mature Times, Mayfair, The Reprobate, Binge Box and Best of British. Assault on Precinct 13: 40th Anniversary Edition

A newly restored, high definition version of the John Carpenter cult classic released as a Limited Edition box set with a wealth of exclusive special features, alongside a standard DVD release. We secured a full retrospective in the Daily Telegraph online, with a vast reviews campaign with pieces running in all film press including Empire, Total Film, Sight & Sound as well as PlayStation Magazine. DVD release of acclaimed, timely Channel 4 drama starring screen legends Robbie Coltrane and Julie Walters. Although we didn’t have access Robbie Coltrane or Julie Walters, Andrea Riseborough completed an interview with Guardian Q&A and Tim McInnerny spoke to Telegraph Fame and Fortune, Metro 60 Seconds and Daily Mail Weekend My View. Reviews ran in Radio Times, Heat, Crime Scene magazine, Real Crime, Choice and online with Mature Times, BritishDrama.org.uk and 60MinutesWith.co.uk. We Love TV, Best of British, The Big Issue, Let’s Talk ran competitions, with Cultbox.co.uk, TheCustardTV.com, TellyBinge.co.uk and ITalkTelly.com running promotions online.

Our Girl Series Two

Michelle Keegan led the second series of war based drama, Our Girl which was released on DVD from RLJ Entertainment alongside a series one and two box set. Although we didn’t have access to Michelle, we secured interview coverage with her on screen Mum, Angela Lonsdale who spoke to Express.co.uk, New Magazine and TellyBinge.co.uk and Ben Aldridge did a radio junket including BBC Asian Network, BBC Radio Northampton, Stoke and Northampton. We garnered reviews in Daily Star, Best, Closer, Heat and Woman magazine alongside reviews in a list of regional newspapers, and placed competitions with The Sunday People, Daily Mirror’s We Love TV, All About Soap, Northern Life with further coverage came from key TV and entertainment websites including Cultbox, I Talk Telly, Vulture Hound, What Culture and IndieLondon.

The Commitments

To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Alan Parker’s seminal film RLJ Entertainment released a special edition Blu-ray. We had very limited interview time with the director but secured a three-page feature in Empire Magazine and The Guardian How We Made feature which ran in print and online. We placed an online feature with Daily Express, 25 Years facts on The Commitments. We secured interviews with writers Dick Clement and Ian LaFrenais on BBC 4 Extras Comedy Club and British Comedy Guide and garnered extensive coverage across Irish Press including large cover features and online coverage in The Irish World, The Irish Sun, Irish Independent, The Irish Post, Irish Gazette. We had limited time with other cast and secured a day of radio across BBC stations including RTE, BBC London, BBC Scotland and BBC Wales. An extensive reviews campaign ran with pieces in Mail On Sunday, Sunday Express Magazine, Daily Star, Total Film, Bella Magazine and across key entertainments websites and blogs .

Sour Grapes

The theatrical release of a feature documentary about a wine con man saw a front page cover feature in The Observer Magazine, that also ran on Guardian Online. We had interview time with the directors and features ran in The Spectator, Decanter, TimAtkin.com, Vice Munchies and BBC Newshour. We placed extensive coverage in wine/food and drink outlets including TheDrinksBusiness, Wine Spectator, Wine-Pages, Berry Bros. blog, Vagabond Wines, Bauer:My Favourite Recipes, JancisRobisnon, WineWomenSong and in crime press Real Crime and Crime Scene. Reviews ran in all National Press including ES, Daily Express, Times T2, Financial Times, Independent Online and film press including Empire, Little White Lies, Sight & Sound, Total Film and online including CultureWhisper, HuffPostUk, criticsassociated and onscreen.

Boy Meets Girl Series Two

The second series of BBC Two’s transgender comedy drama was released on DVD and supported by Denise Welch who completed interviews with Sunday Mirror Notebook magazine and Express.co.uk. Harry Hepple was also available for interviews and spoke to BBC Radio Newcastle, Stoke, Kent and WCR FM alongside Boyz magazine. We obtained reviews in Best, Bella, Heat, Choice magazine and The Big Gay Picture Show and placed competitions with We Love TV, Inside Soap, I Talk Telly, TellyBinge.co.uk and Top10Films.co.uk. Comedy websites British Comedy Guide, Chortle and British Comedy website also covered the release.

For the theatrical release of this feature documentary about the greatest literary hoaxes of all time we garnered a very successful campaign. We had very limited time with the ‘author’ Laura Albert, but we secured a five-page cover feature in The Guardian G2 Jeff Feuerzeig the director was also interviewed for this. An interview feature with the director ran in Sunday Times’ Style Magazine, and features were placed in Financial Times, I Newspaper, Metro, Attitude, Boyz, Voltcafe, Vice UK, The Metropolist, Huck Magazine online and Eyeforfilm. Broadcast interviews included Sky News and BBC London Robert Elms. Extensive reviews ran across print and online including 4 stars in The Times, Evening Standard, Telegraph and Daily Mirror and Daily Express and review in Big Issue, The Spectator, BBC Arts online, TheShiznit, HeyuGuys, FrontRowReviews, TheMetropolist.

Absolute Beginners

For the 30th Anniversary release of Absolute Beginner we had limited time with director Julien Temple and secured interviews that ran on BBC 6 Music, Radcliffe and Maconie and Shaun Keeveney, Vice.com, Britflicks, therasnsomnote, thequietus and supajam. We also secure one major interview with Patsy Kensit for The Times Weekend double page spread. We placed extensive reviews coverage across film press, music press and national press including Express Saturday Magazine, Mail On Sunday, The Sun, Sight & Sound, Uncut, Total Film, Record Collector, NME. With widespread online coverage including Sabotage Times, Modculture and Beat Magazine.

Dicte: Crime Reporter 

UK DVD release of Danish Nordic noir series. We had access to leading lady Iben Hjejle who was interviewed by Female First, The Killing Times and Film International and we gained coverage in Nordic noir sites such as Scandillous, Nordic Noir blog, Eurocrime and Danish loving site Hello Hygge. Reviews ran with Bella Magazine, Heat Magazine and Instyle featured it online in their ‘Things to do This Week’ feature and reviews included BeautifulFraud.com and BlueprintReview.co.uk. Competitions placements included with All About Soap, We Love TV, TNT magazine and TellyBinge.co.uk.

In the Club Series Two

For the DVD release of second series of Kay Mellor’s baby drama, we had access to Kay Mellor herself and set up interviews with Daily Mail Weekend, The Sun’s Fabulous magazine, Express.co.uk, The Jewish Chronicle, The Jewish Telegraph, Northern Life, Scottish Sunday Post and Yorkshire Life magazine. We also had access to Christine Bottomley and placed interviews with Cultbox.co.uk, MrRumsey.com and TellyBinge.co.uk alongside a range of local BBC radio stations. We placed competitions with a selection of parenting websites including Mother & Baby, The Baby Website, UK Mums TV and Madhouse Family Reviews as well as in magazines such as Real People, Foxy Bingo magazine, Inside Soap and All About Soap. Saturday Express magazine, Daily Mail Weekend and Daily Star reviewed the DVD in addition to the Press Association and key TV and entertainment websites.

Respectable: The Mary Millington Story

Home entertainment release of brand new feature documentary about Britain’s only genuine sex superstar, Mary Millington. We secured features online with Express.co.uk and Daily Mirror as well as a double page spread in Fiesta magazine and reviews ran with Empire, Radio Times online, Home Cinema Choice, Mayfair, Starburst online, Don’t Panic, Good Film Guide, Brit Flicks and Critics Associated. Competitions ran online with Closer, The Debrief, Yours, Real People and Magic.

Hollywood Classics (Jimmy Reardon)

Simply Media released a slate of Hollywood Classic films on DVD, including A Night in the Life of Jimmy Reardon starring a very young Matthew Perry and ever young River Phoenix. We sent out photos of the young stars with the headline #ThrowbackThursday to journalists and secured coverage online with Daily Express, The Mirror, Metro, Digital Spy, Comedy Central and Women Times. Matt Dillon classic A Kiss Before Dying was also released and reviewed by Mail on Sunday Event, Total Film and further coverage for the films came from Cinema Retro, Movie Mail, Empire online,Heatworld, The People’s Friend, Candis, Filmuforia.com, HeyUGuys.com and Top10Films.co.uk.

Brian Pern

Home entertainment release of the cult comedy series starring Simon Day as the titular rock star in this BBC rock mockumentary. We arranged a press junket with Simon Day and writer Rhys Thomas, with some in character interviews including BBC Radio 2 Steve Wright, BBC 6 Music News, BBC London Tim Arthur, TalkSport Radio – Hawksbee and Jacobs and BBC 4Extra Comedy Club. We placed interview features in Prog Magazine, Coach Magazine, Short List, Loaded.co.uk and Metal Hammer Online. We secured extensive reviews in national press including The Sun, Daily Star, Mail On Sunday, I Newspaper and Independent, music press including Uncut, Classic Rock, Total Music Magazine and a box set review in Heat Magazine. The Ninth Configuration 

Blu-ray and DVD release of this mind-blowing cult classic from William Peter Blatty, renowned author of The Exorcist. First ever DVD release of groundbreaking classic British sci-fi series. Cast member Jean Trend was available to support the release and she spoke to Sci-Fi Now, Starburst magazine, SciFiBulletin.com, The Brighton Argus Newspaper and Reader’s Digest. She was also interviewed by a series of local radio including BBC Radio Northampton, Stoke, Berkshire and Sussex. A theatrical release of the thrilling feature documentary about the first all-woman race car driving team in the Middle East. Although we didn’t have access to Julie, we secured interviews with Jemima West in Metro, The List, Virgin Media and The Sunday World. The Mail on Sunday interviewed Olivia Grant and Patrick Malahide completed a string of regional radio interviews, including BBC Radio London 94.9. Reviews ran in the Daily Mail Weekend Magazine, The Independent, The Sun, The Sunday Mirror, BBC History Magazine, Mature Times and Heat. We placed competitions with All About Soap, Inside Soap and Real People as well as online with Yours, Candis and TV & Satellite Week. Other coverage came from the Press Association, Reader’s Digest and What’s On TV, as well as a variety of regional press, websites and blogs.

 

Field Punishment No. 1

 

A DVD release of powerful New Zealand film based on the true story of the men who refused to fight in WW1. We had access to the film director Peter Burger, who was interviewed by The Daily Record and The Daily Express who both ran a feature on Anzac Day and the 100th anniversary of the Gallipoli campaign. It was reviewed by Daily Star, Evening Standard, Gorilla Film Magazine, Total Film, Best of British, Mature Times and Soldier Magazine, and we placed competitions with The Independent, The Daily Express, Saga and Northern Life Magazine. Australian and New Zealand press covered the release including Australian Times and New Zealand Times online, TNT Magazine, nznews.co.uk, and reviews and competitions also ran on an array of online outlets and regional press.

 

Broadchurch Series Two

 

The second series of the hit TV show was released four weeks after TX and we had limited interview access with Meera Syal, Jodie Whittaker and Joe Sims. We secured a lengthy campaign staring the week before the release and set up TV interviews on This Morning, Lorraine, Sunday Brunch and Soccer Am along with radio interviews including BBC 2 with Jonathan Ross, BBC 6 Music Shaun Keaveny, BBC London Gaby Roslin and LBC Steve Allen’s in Conversation. Other interviews included Sunday Telegraph’s Stella, The Independent, The List and Digital Spy. Reviews ran across National Press and consumer magazines including Daily Mail Weekend,  The Sun TV Mag, Evening Standard, Stylist and Zoo Weekly and extensive online review coverage.

Spoof football documentary DVD release. We had access to cast member Jack Donnelly and secured interviews with Press Association and Digital Spy as well as regional radio interviews including BBC Radio Berkshire, BBC Radio Solent and BBC Radio Stoke. We placed a feature with Daily Express online for Top 5 football films and set up reviews in The Daily Star, The People, The Daily Sport, Mayfair, Choice Magazine and The Jewish Telegraph. A variety of football websites and blogs covered with clips/news including thefootballhistoryboys.com and thefirms.co.uk as well as film websites including All Things Film, Close-upfilm.co.uk and Britflicks.com. Leslie Sansone’s Belly Blasting Walk 

 

A fitness DVD release from American instructor, Leslie Sansone, who came to the UK to promote the DVD. We set up interviews for Leslie including The Weekly News, Female First, Healthy Magazine online, Fabafterfifty.com and 50Connect.co.uk. She appeared on QVC to promote the DVD with a live demo and also completed a day of radio including BBC Radio Scotland, BBC Radio London 94.9. Reviews ran in Yours Magazine, Women’s Fitness, Closer, OK! Magazine, Woman and Home and we placed competitions with Inside Soap, Chat Crosswords and online with Yours Magazine, Gransnet, Woman’s Own and Now. We also had access to various case studies who have experienced huge change in their life from using the DVD, and set up interviews with Manchester Evening News, Wolverhampton Express and Star and Viva Healthcare Publishing.

 

Detectorists

 

Home entertainment release of this acclaimed sitcom following TX on BBC Four. We had interview access with Mackenzie Crook and secured some great feature coverage including The Guardian ‘Do Something’ magazine, Daily Mail Weekend, Mail On Sunday ‘You’, British Airways’ High Life My London, Shortlist, DenOfGeek.com, DigitalSpy.co.uk, thefixmagazine and GuardianOnline. Radio interviews included BBC London 94.9 amongst others. We also had some strong reviews securing 4 star national press reviews including The Independent, The Sun and a mention in Janet Street Porter’s column. Choice Magazine, Best Of British, CustardTV, Chortle.co.uk all reviewed and competitions ran with TV Choice and Entertainment Magazine, both offering metal detectors as prizes.

We secured review coverage in the Evening Standard, The Independent, The People, Daily Sport and The Sun and Total Film. The second series of BBC Two’s disturbing crime drama DVD and Blu-ray release. Other strong reviews came from The Daily Star, The Daily Mail Weekend Magazine, Heat, Closer, Choice Magazine and The Metro. A DVD and Blu-ray release of the hard-hitting BBC drama about the case of a missing child. We had access to Frances O’Connor and secured a stunning cover shoot four page feature interview with Sunday Mirror Notebook, we also secured interviews with Sunday Times and Press Association leading to pick ups in various regional newspapers including The Northern Echo, The Oxford Herald and The Wandsworth Guardian.The series was reviewed by Sunday Express S Magazine, I Newspaper, Heat, Choice Magazine, The Lady and Yours Magazine as well as online with a variety of blogs. Competitions were places with The Independent, The People, All About Soap, Inside Soap, additionally French press Ici Londres and Living France. Other promo featured in What’s On TV, Bella Magazine and a handful of regional newspapers and radio and websites.

 

Our Girl Complete Series One

 

Following its successful run on BBC One, we promoted the DVD release of powerful front-line drama. Although we didn’t have Lacey Turner we had accees to Iwan Rheon and Ben Aldridge for a morning of radio including BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show and a variety of regional radio stations including BBC Radio Wales and BBC Radio Manchester. We also secured interviews in Den of Geek, Yorkshire Evening Post, Belfast Telegraph and Yahoo!, amongst others. We also set up coverage in women’s press including Best Magazine and Inside Soap and The Mirror We Love TV and an extensive online and promo campaign.

 

The Driver 

 

A DVD release of the BBC One drama. We had limited interviews with David Morrissey and  Ian Hart and secured coverage including The Metro, Northern Life Magazine, The Liverpool Echo, Den of Geek and Belfast Telegraph. Radio interviews included BBC Radio Scotland  MacAulay and Co. We had strong reviews in Shortlist, Auto Express, Best, The Manchester Evening News and Choice Magazine in addition to online with Film and TV Now, CultTV.org and TheCustardTV.com. Competitions were placed with The People and The Independent, as well as online with Candis Magazine, Yours Magazine, TV & Satellite Week and a handful of blogs.

 

The Last Impresario

 

A limited theatrical release of feature documentary about theatre impresario and bon vivant Michael White. We had very limited access (due to poor health) to Michael White and set up an exclusive interview and photo-shoot with ViceOnline. We had limited interviews with Greta Scaatchi and Patricia Quinn  including placements in Belfast Telegraph, MSN UK, Irish Independent Web, Gay Times and Erisea Magazine. We had access to Michael’s private photo collection and arranged an exclusive feature in Evening Standard and standard.co.uk, followed by picture gallery features with MailOnline, Stylist.co.uk, Huffington Post, Guardian.co.uk, Telegraph.co.uk and coverage in Women’s magazines such as Grazia, Heat and Vogue, along with Time Out, NME and QX Magazine. We ran a vast review campaign with all national press reviews gaining four stars including The Times, I Newspaper, The Independent, Evening Standard, The Times Saturday Review, Sunday Times Culture and Scotland On Sunday. Empire, Total Film, Sight and Sound all reviewed along with a variety of theatre magazines, film websites and blogs including MusicalStages.co.uk, Film4.com, Screenrelish.com and cine-vue.com.

 

Tokarev

 

We promoted the DVD release of this action-packed thriller and had limited press time with star Nicolas Cage.  We secured interviews with The Times Magazine (two pages) and Total Film, Mail On Sunday Event and Mail online who also ran an exclusive clip alongside the interview. We organised a media desk drop of a Tokarev goodie bag (items sourced by us including a gun mug and a Nicolas Cage mask), to key men’s and film press. It was delivered by a Nicolas Cage lookalike and we secured social media coverage around this. We garnered a strong review campaign with coverage in Empire, Total Film, Men Only with national press exposure in Daily Star On Sunday, The Sun and The Guardian Guide along with a wide range of online outlets such as Live For Films, MoviesInFocus.co.uk, FrightFest, MyReviewer.com and Culture Fix. Further reviews were placed with many regional outlets with a lead review in The Peterborough Evening Telegraph, with others including Buzz Magazine, Harrow Observer, Ealing & Acton Gazette, Milton Keynes Citizen and The Gazette. We ran competitions with a selection of print, online and radio outlets including CSMA, Candis Magazine, Inside Soap, Daily Express Online, OK Online, Star Online, What Culture, South Wales Argus and Bolton Evening News.

DVD release following transmission on BBC One. We had access to cast member Will Mellor and placed interviews with The Manchester Evening News, The Belfast Telegraph, The South Wales Echo and several others, What’s On TV, Virgin Media and BT.com. The Weekly News/Sunday Post also interviewed Tara Fitzgerald. Competitions ran with The Daily Express, Inside Soap, Candis, That’s Life and Northern Life Magazine in addition to a variety of blogs, websites and regional newspapers. We exploited the theme of the show by placing reviews and competitions with baby press including Prima Baby and websites Babyworld, Bounty.com and The Baby Website. Best Magazine gave In The Club a 5 star review, with other reviews running in regional press and variety of blogs. 

Odyssey DVD Relaunch

Renowned independent distributor Odyssey DVD relaunched in the UK with a slate of cult and classic films on DVD including Glengarry Glen Ross, Electra Glide in Blue and Dirty Mary Crazy Larry. We ran an extensive review campaign with Glengarry Glen Ross being reviewed by The Guardian, The Observer, The Daily Star, The Mature Times, Sabotage Times and Choice Magazine. Electra Glide in Blue gained recognition from The Independent, i Newspaper, RiDE Motorbike Magazine, Starburst Magazine and Shindig! Magazine. Empire, Mass Movement, Total Film, Sight and Sound and Gorilla Film Magazine also covered the releases in addition to an array of film websites and blogs including The Hollywood News, All Things Film, Screenrelish.com and TheMovieWaffler.com. 

The Mill Series 2

Following its run on Channel 4 we promoted the DVD release of Series 2 of The Mill along with the Series 1 and 2 box set. We secured interviews with cast members Sacha Parkinson and Kerrie Hayes which ran in The Manchester Evening News, Northern Life Magazine, The Northern Echo and The Yorkshire Post, Female First, STV.tv and The List along with regional radio interviews including BBC Radio Scotland, BBC Radio Kent, BBC Radio Manchester. The reviews campaign was successful including The Guardian ‘Your Next Box Set’, BBC History Magazine, Choice Magazine and Best of British alongside an array of online outlets. We arranged for National Trust site Quarry Bank Mill to promote across their social networks. 

A Hard Day's Night

A 50th anniversary release of a newly remastered version of the seminal first The Beatles film. A limited theatrical release including an extended run at BFI Southbank and digital, Blu-ray and DVD release. We also organised the launch event at the BFI.

We had very limited interview availability with director Richard Lester at the launch event and limited advance phone interviews with Giles Martin. We secured feature coverage with Giles Martin interviews including Mojo Magazine, NME Magazine and Loaded Magazine. We secured ‘A Hard Quiz Night’ double page feature in Mail On Sunday Event Magazine and a double page feature in The People and in a full-page in The Guardian Guide. Other coverage included music film features in The Metro, Radio Times online and Digital Spy. Richard Lester interviews ran across print, radio and online, with some still to follow for the DVD release. A full-page story ran in The Observer, a six-page cover feature is due in Uncut and a four-page cover feature will run in Cinema Retro for the DVD. Clashmusic.com, NME.com, and Press Association also ran interviews.

Radio interviews included BBC 6 Music news, Shaun Keeveney Breakfast Show and Radcliffe and Maconie,  BBC Radio 2 Ken Bruce and Radio 4 The Film Programme. Radio 4 Front Row had a discussion on the film with David Hepworth, BBC London discussion with Jason Solomons, and reviews ran on BBC 2 Richard Madeley Show, BBC 4 Saturday Review and BBC Scotland Culture Show. TV coverage included ITV Good Morning Britain and London Live, BBC News Mark Kermode. 

We secured exclusive clips online including Guardian.co.uk and an extensive reviews campaign ran across all National Press, Music Press, online and Beatles outlets. We also set up competition packages with Hard Day’s Night Hotel, The Beatles Story Museum, Magical Mystery Tours and Virgin Trains including placements in TV Choice and RadioTimes.com.

Mistaken for Strangers

Limited theatrical and home entertainment release of the band The National’s documentary directed by and following the lead singer Matt Berninger’s brother Tom as he joins them on tour. We had access to Tom and Matt for phone interviews leading up to the release and they came over for a short press junket for the UK premiere at East End Film Festival. We secured some strong interview/feature coverage including a three-page feature in The Guardian Guide and a feature in Clash Magazine. Online interviews ran on DigitalSpy, QTheMusic, Supajam, Gigwise, TheFourohFive and radio interviews included BBC 6 Music News, a live interview on Liz Kershaw’s show, and BBC Scotland Culture Studio. 

We secured exclusive clips across music websites including NME.com and reviews ran across all national press including 4 stars in The Mirror, Sunday Mirror and Financial Times. Total Film and Empire gave it 4 stars, Little White Lies 5 stars and reviews ran in Stuff, Shortlist, Sport all film websites, blogs and regional press. 

Re-Animator

The first UK Blu-ray release and limited steelbook of this cult classic horror, from director Stuart Gordon. We had limited phone interviews with Stuart Gordon and secured some great features including six-pages and cover mention in Bizarre Magazine, five-pages and cover mention in Scream Magazine and features in Sci-Fi Now and Starburst. We secured interview coverage online including DenofGeek.com, Heyuguys.co.uk, Dreadcentral and 8ospicturehouse podcast. News and reviews ran across film press, sci-fi and horror press and all cult and horror websites and blogs.

The Liver Birds

A DVD release of the second collection of the much-loved 70’s sitcom The Liver Birds, starring Polly James and Nerys Hughes. We placed a large news story in The Liverpool Echo and secured coverage with retirement press including Yours, Choice Magazine and Saga.co.uk, as well as women’s press including a feature in The Lady, a competition with Best Daily and a review in Prima. We placed competitions with television magazines including We Love TV and Inside Soap in addition to The Weekly News and The Peterborough Evening Telegraph. National Press coverage included The Mail on Sunday Event Magazine and The Independent . Online blogs and websites reviewed the DVD including Pissed Off Geek, My Reviewer and DVDBeaver , it was featured in My Weekly, Moviemail and Best of British. Magic FM and other regional radio covered the release.

Z Cars

DVD release of the second collection of classic 1960’s BBC cop show Z Cars. We had access to cast member and star of Rainbow Geoffrey Hayes who was interviewed by The Sunday Express Magazine, The Sunday Post and Weekly News, Yahoo! UK and Ireland and regional newspapers. We set up radio interviews including BBC Radio Merseyside and BBC Radio Kent, and BBC Radio 2 Patrick Kielty. Dvorak – In Love?

A DVD release of director Tony Palmer’s documentary film about Czechoslovakian composer Dvorak featuring one of the worlds greatest cello players, Julian Lloyd Webber, who kindly contributed with interview time. We set up interviews in The Daily Telegraph, The Sunday Telegraph Seven Magazine, The Big Issue and a Q&A with The Press Association, which ran in many regional newspapers including The Yorkshire Post, The Northern Echo and The Halifax Courier. On the day of release, Julian took part in a morning of radio interviews including BBC Radio Scotland: The Culture Show. During The Proms we secured a Press Association news story mentioning the release, which was picked up across their network.  We also secured coverage in classical music outlets including Czech Music direct, Classical DVD Choices, Gramophone Magazine and a review in The Sunday Telegraph. 

Thunderbolt & Lightfoot

First UK Blu-ray release of this classic road movie starring Clint Eastwood and Jeff Bridges. Interviews weren’t available but we secured a strong review campaign with coverage in The Observer, Daily Star, Evening Standard, Metro, Empire, Total Film and extensive online coverage across key websites and film, blogs including FlickFeast, FrontRowReviews, IndieLondon, MoviesinFocus, BoomUK, theleastpictureshow and pissedoffgeek, Crime Time and Moviemail also covered. Radio coverage included competitions on Heart FM and Magic FM.

A DVD release of this three-part drama that recently screened on the BBC. We had access to cast member Steven Mackintosh and secured interview coverage in The Daily Mail Weekend ‘My View’ and The Weekly News as well as regional radio interviews including BBC Radio Scotland, BBC Radio Stoke, BBC Radio Manchester, BBC Radio Solent and BBC Radio Kent. Limited theatrical release through to home entertainment release of independent feature film about the travelling community, starring David Essex and his son Billy Cook in the lead role. A limited theatrical release of feature documentary Village at the End of the World about a tiny village in North West Greenland and the problems they face, from Brick Lane director Sarah Gavron. We secured a five-page feature in the Independent On Sunday Magazine, a full page and online travel feature in Mail On Sunday and a Guardian Online travel feature, and features including The Skinny, ViceUK.com, Economist.com. ThePop.com, Huffington Post UK, Wanderlust.co.uk, Sarah Gavron was interviewed on Radio 4 - The Film Programme, BBC London - Robert Elms and Jason Solomons, BBC World Outlook and BBC World - World Update. A DVD and Blu-ray release about the extraordinary BBC series. David Cronenberg's head exploding cult classic Scanners made its first Blu-ray release, along with its two sequels, Scanners II: The New Order and Scanners III: The Takeover. We didn't have any interviews for the release but managed an extensive review led campaign with some features for good measures. We secured the lead review ion The Guardian Guide , DVD of the Week on Daily Star on Sunday, with 4 stars in The Independent and I newspapers and Daily Mirror. Empire, Total Film, Bizarre, SFX, Sci-Fi Now, Starburst, Scream, Shock and Horror all gave the titles coverage and the online coverage was huge taking in news, reviews and trailers across all horror, cult and film websites and blogs. We also arranged screenings at Celluloid Screams, Dead By Dawn, Grimmfest and Sci-FiWeekender.

I Didn't Come Here To Die

This was the premiere in the UK of a low budget indie horror, from first time feature director Bradley Scott Sullivan. We started the campaign gathering quotes from key horror reviewers and arranged screenings with Grimmfest and Bizarre CUT! The campaign involved securing interviews in Scream Magazine (3pages), haunted Magazine, Starburst, FrightFestOnline, LoveHorror.co.uk, Sexgoremutants, ScreenJabber and Zombiehamster, followed by a huge review campaign in all horror press and websites, including Bizarre, SFX, Starburst, Darkside, Mass Movement, Realmofhorror, Horrorphilia, Dreadcentral, HorrorCultFilms, SonicShocks, Gorepress, BeyondtheGore and BrutalasHell.

Ultraviolet Special Edition Box Set

A special edition DVD release of Ultraviolet the Vampire TV Drama from Channel 4. We didn't have any access to the cast for interviews, but had a very successful reviews led campaign with Box Set of The Week in The Sun TV Mag, DVD of the Week in Radio Times and reviews in horror websites, a 4 star review in Sci-Fi Now, 4.5 stars in SFX and a review and feature from ScifiBulletin. We also placed reviews and promotions with TV and entertainment websites as well as coverage in regional newspapers and radio.

Journeyman Complete Series Box Set

The first ever UK DVD release of Journeyman the time travel adventure drama that previously aired on Sky One starring Kevin Mckidd. We didn't have cast access but pitched 'Top Sc-Fi shows that shouldn't have been axed' and these ran in Mass Movement Magazine and ScFiBulletin. Extensive reviews ran in The Sun, The Independent, Sight & Sound, half a page in SFX 4 stars, Fortean Times, Interzone, Mass Movement, Starburst, and promotions in Daily Express and Prize Quest and online. We also secured reviews and competitions in regional press, radio and online.

Marriage Lines

The first ever DVD release of the long lost 1960s sitcom starring Richard Briars and Prunella Scales. We had very limited access to the stars and secured a double-page feature in the Daily Mail, which ran online and was picked up across other National and regional press. We also arranged an interview with The One Show but had to pull out at the last minute due to ill health. We garnered some great review coverage including Sight & Sound, Yours Magazine, Choice Magazine, Best of British as well as securing many competitions including signed DVD giveaways with Saga and Mature Times, Daily Express and WhatsOnTV online.

Above Suspicion Silent Scream/Complete Box Set

The final release in the hugely successful crime drama written by Lynda La Plante, along with the entire series box set. We had Lynda available for limited interviews and managed to secure slots on This Morning, BBC Scotland Macauley and Co as well as a morning of local radio. We placed a double page interview feature in The Observer Magazine and interviews in Sunday Telegraph's Stella Magazine and Daily Express. We also secured extensive review coverage including Daily Mail Weekend, Evening Standard, TV outlets, Women's press and online  

Richard Hammond's Miracles of Nature

The DVD release of the fascinating BBC series presented by Richard Hammond, who was available for limited of interviews, we secured coverage in print and online outlets including Wanderlust Magazine, The Big issue, Focus Magazine and First News. We also managed to secure coverage in TV Choice, WhatsOnTV.co.uk and We Love TV as well as other key websites including Cultbox, FrankTheMonkey and Eparenting and extensive coverage in regional press. 

Tara Stiles: This Is Yoga

The DVD box set was released on Boxing Day and was up against many of the mainstream fitness titles. Tara was in the UK for one day and we managed to secure some great interview coverage including a double page spread in the Times Weekend, Telegraph Weekend, Top Sante and Natural Health. We also secured reviews in key fitness and yoga press including Bodyfit, Women's Fitness, Zest, Weight Watchers, OM Magazine and Yoga Magazine. As well as coverage in the Sunday Times Style Magazine, Woman & Home, Love It and blogs such as Galinka.Blog, RebeccaDalby.Blog and YogaHound.Blog.

Addicted To Sweat

A DVD box set of dance/fitness DVDs from Madonna’s personal trainer Nicole Winhoffer, who was in the UK for a short time during Madonna’s world tour. We managed to set up face-to-face interviews and one-to-one dance tutorials and secured a double page interview/feature in The Mirror and Sunday Times Style and interview coverage in the Daily Express, Health & Fitness, Bodyfit, Cosmopolitan, Reveal, Star, Look, New! Magazine and key websites such as Yahoo and MSN. We also garnered extensive review coverage including Dance Today, Health & Fitness, Women’s Fitness, Zest, Slimming World and Look. 

Chasing Ice

A Sundance documentary about photographer James Balog's Extreme Ice Survey Expedition to the Arctic to capture proof of melting ice caps. We secured a six-page cover feature in The Telegraph Magazine and features in The Independent, The Independent On Sunday, extensive coverage in environmental press including The Observer Ethical Living, Blue & Green Tomorrow, Business Green, DoTheGreenThing. We secured coverage in Science and Technology press including features in Focus, New Scientist and Engineering & Technology Magazine. Travel press coverage included Geographical, Wanderlust and Lonely Planet Traveller and Guardian Travel Online and CondeNastTraveller Online. Online features including DazedDigital, EconomistOnline, LittleWhiteLiesOnline, Don't panic Online and we secured an interview slot for James Balog on Sky News with Adam Boulton. We also garnered extensive online clips coverage as well as reviews a very positive reviews campaign with 3 and 4 star reviews in the majority of National Press including The Sun, The Guardian, the Times and The Independent. 

Santa Sangre

A cinema and DVD/Blu-ray release of the fully restored edition. We garnered extensive reviews in National Press including 4 star reviews in The Guardian, The Times, The Independent, Daily Telegraph, Evening Standard and The Metro. We also secured coverage in film magazines including Total Film, Sight & Sound, Uncut and Movie Mail as well as coverage in key print press including Bizarre, Short List, SFX, Starburst, Scream and The Skinny. As well as reviews on horror/cult websites including HorrorView.com, HorrorCultFilms.co.uk, RealmOfHorror.co.uk and SexGoreMutants.co.uk.

Basket Case - The Trilogy

The first ever Blu-ray release and first collection of all three titles. We contacted and secured limited interviews with director Frank Henenlotter, actor Kevin Van Hentenryck, and crew. We set up feature/interviews with outlets including Starburst, FrightFest Magazine, Mass Movement, Totalfilm.com, Lovehorror.com and cigaretteburnscinema. We secured extensive review coverage including the lead review in The Guardian Guide, Bizarre, SFX, Shock & Horror, Sci-Fi Now and online including TheQuietus, Filmjuice, Horror, BloodyDisgusting, cinemaautopsy, exquisiteterror, gorepress, horrorbid, horrophillia, flickfeast, flickeringmyth and strangethingsarehappening.com

Some Guy Who Kills People

A comedy horror starring Kevin Corrigan, Lucy Davis and Barry Bostwick and the first release from Grimm Entertainment. It had a limited theatrical prior to its DVD, Blu-ray, VOD and download release two weeks later. We flew Lucy Davis over for a press junket securing some great interviews with her including The Sun, The Mirror, Daily Mail, The Independent On Sunday, Closer, New, Best, Huffington Post, YahooMovies, BBC London Robert Elms and we even managed to secure a slot on Loose Women, which is a tough call with a horror. We also secured interviews in genre press both on and offline, including Starburst, Sci-fi Now and Lovehorror. The interviews ran over a prolonged period to cover the various release dates and we garnered some excellent review coverage particularly online with horror and entertainment outlets, along with trailer placements.

Radioman

A feature documentary about an ex-homeless addict who is now a fixture on New York film sets, is on first name terms with the Hollywood A-List and has become a star in his own right as one of the best-known extras around. This was a self-distributed and a very limited release. We had a very short turnaround time and the release hit at London Film Festival time so we were competing for space. We secured some excellent coverage including a two-page feature in The Times T2 and a three-page cover feature in The Big Issue. Radioman came to London for a press junket and did further interviews including BBC London - Jeni Barnett and BBC World - Insight, Huffington Post, Don't Panic Online, Saga Online, Yahoo and FrontRowReviews. We secured extensive review coverage including all National Press, Mark Kermode - Radio 5, Short List, Radio Times, Time Out, as well as extensive online coverage.

Les Enfants Du Paradis

Les Enfants Du Paradis was released on DVD and Blu-ray having been fully restored and presented in a stunning limited edition packaging. We secured extensive review coverage in National Press including 5 star reviews in The Telegraph, The Times & Financial Times & positive reviews in The Guardian, The Independent & The Observer. As well as coverage in key film magazines including Empire, Total Film and Movie Mail and also coverage in Time Out.

The Return of the Living Dead special edition DVD and first time on Blu-ray. Amy Childs Fit In 30 Days – the first fitness DVD from The Only Way Is Essex star Ms Childs. We set up an interview with ‘interviewer of the year’ Deborah Ross which resulted in a six-page cover feature in The Independent Magazine. Other national press coverage included interviews in Daily Express, The Sun and Sunday Telegraph Stella. For women’s press we secured an exclusive interview in Reveal which ran to three-pages, a Star Magazine three-page spread, a double-page spread in New!, a front Cover and a double-page cover feature in OK! Girl Model a small independent feature documentary about young Russian girls scouted for the Japanese market with a very limited theatrical release, was a huge success with a major exclusive six page feature in The Times Magazine along with features in TNT Magazine, Hunger Magazine,  a comment piece in The Guardian, director interviews including The Huffington Post, TheArtsDesk.com, Don’t Panic, Yahoo and an extensive interview on Sky News. Elite Squad: The Enemy Within was the DVD release of the sequel of Jose Padilha’s Brazilian political, action feature film. Kim Kardashian Ultimate Butt Body Sculpt and Butt Blasting Sculp were Ms Kardashian’s first UK fitness DVD releases. We had no access to Kim but had limited interviews with one of her trainers from the DVD. The campaign was a short turnaround but we secured some excellent coverage including an exclusive interview feature in Zest, double page features in Glamour and Celebrity Diet Now, Cosmopolitan, Star Magazine, a full page in More and reviews in key National Press including The Mirror, Sunday Mirror Celebs On Sunday, Saturday Express Magazine, Daily Mail and women’s press including Closer, Now, Love It, Reveal and Heat . Jillian Michaels

Jillian Michaels – Ripped In 30 and Killer Buns and Thighs DVD releases were released on Boxing Day and were up against the more mainstream Celebrity titles, Jillian was less well known in the UK. We had limited interviews with Jillian and very tight time scales but secured some very strong coverage including interviews in Daily Express, double page spreads in Celebrity Diet Now, Top Sante and Women’s Fitness. We secured national press coverage in The Sun, The People and MailOnline and reviews across fitness press including, Zest, Dance Today, BodyFit, Zest, Health&Fitness and women’s press including Closer, Look, Woman’s Own and Woman and online including Handbag and Cosmopolitan

An African Election

A limited theatrical release for a feature documentary about politics in Ghana, we organised press interviews with the director including, BBC World Service The Strand, Newshour,  Colourful Radio, Guardian Film Podcast with Jason Solomons, along with a feature in TNT Magazine and TheEconomist Online and Vox Africa TV filmed a piece for a news item and a filmed item for CinePolitics. We also organised the London premiere which was attended and introduced by Thandie Newton and the director. We garnered substantial coverage in all National Press, African Outlets and Film outlets

Blood In The Mobile

Blood In The Mobile a feature documentary about how minerals used in mobile phones are being mined in the DS Congo and helping to fund the bloody civil war. We organised a press junket with the director and garnered a double page feature spread in The Times T2, a feature in The Guardian Weekend Magazine, a feature/interview in The Daily Record, The Skinny and a piece in Esquire Magazine. We achieved extensive review coverage in all National press including 4 star review in The Guardian and Evening Standard and The Sun. Ghosted

This independent release premiered at EIFF and then made its debut simultaneously in cinemas, on DVD and download. We secured Art Malik interviews on ITV's Lorraine, BBC Radio 2's Steve Wright in The Afternoon Show, BBC Radio Scotland's MacAuley and Co, BBC London's Robert Elms and in print including The Telegraph, Daily Mail,  Asiana, Big Issue; John Lynch interviews in Daily Record, Metro Ireland, The Irish World and Kerrang Radio and BBC Radio Scotland's The Movie Cafe. Martin Compston interviews in Glasgow Herald, The Scotsman and features in The Scottish Sun and News Of The World Scotland, a Total Film piece and online features and interviews including Popbitch and SabotageTimes. We had some outstanding reviews both on and offline, News Of The World awarded it 4 stars and Mark Kermode spoke most highly of it on his BBC5 Live Show and BBC News shows.

The fantastic Jack Rosenthal at the BBC DVD Box Set got its first ever DVD release and Maureen Lipman contributed to a successful campaign that saw interviews on Alan Titchmarsh TV Show, Radio Shows including Richard Bacon and Robert Elms, print interviews including Sunday Telegraph, Sunday Times, The Guardian Weekend, Daily Express, Best, Choice and Saga.  We garnered a features on BBC 4 Front Row, in Jewish Press and Sight and Sound along with some outstanding review coverage including two-pages in Word magazine, DVD Of The Week in Time Out, 4 stars in The Independent and The Guardian's My Next Box Set Slot. We also organised a special screening and cast Q & A for Bar Mitzvah Boy at the Phoenix Cinema.

We had limited access to the lady herself Miss Joan Rivers for interviews to promote the DVD. These included Graham Norton TV Show,  BBC Radio 2 Steve Wright,  Attitude Magazine, My Weekly, along with extensive review coverage including Women’s press, Gay press, Jewish press, comedy outlets and radio both local and National.

DVD release of the cult classic film and fave of Mark Kermode. With the help of Fennella Fielding and Phyllida Law interviews we secured extensive coverage including a TV interview on Alan Titchmarsh Show, radio interviews on The Film Programme and Paul Ross Show,  feature/interview in The Guardian, interview in Sunday Telegraph Seven,  reviews in The Times, Independent On Sunday, The Mirror, The Guide and vast coverage in film, horror and sci-fi outlets online and print, as well as parenting/family press, mature press and regional.

When You’re Strange

DVD release. We were lucky enough to bring over the legendary Ray Manzarek and Robby Krieger from The Doors to promote the first ever documentary about the band. We arranged a press junket and secured TV, radio and press interviews galore including CNN, BBC 6 Music, Planet Rock, The Telegraph, The Observer, Word, Short List and arranged a screening and Q&A with the band. We also secured phone interviews with director Tom DiCillo.

Birdemic

Theatrical release. We secured an outstanding amount of coverage for the “best worst film of all time” both online via social networking and websites and print press in a relatively short space of time and handled a hugely successful Midnight screening with party and Q & A with director. Press included a full-page feature in The Times Saturday Review, a full page feature in The Independent , a feature on DazedDigital and social networking and radio mentions galore.

World On A Wire:

DVD release. For this German sci fi title, we secured a feature in Sight & Sound as well as securing coverage in all Sci-Fi press print and online we had additional coverage in Dazed And Confused.

Sons Of Cuba

Theatrical release. A small independent documentary on a Cuban Boxing Academy, self-distributed by the producers with minimal screenings, yet we secured vast National Press coverage including a feature in The Telegraph Review, two magazine front covers (Shook and Jungle Drums), interviews with the director on The Film Programme Radio 4, BBC 4 and BBC World News, as well as news and feature coverage in sporting publications.

We secured numerous radio interviews for the directors including Radio 4 Front Row, BBC World Service Newshour, BBC 5 Live.

We Live In Public

Theatrical release. We had access to the director and “star” of the film and secured radio and TV interviews including Radio 4’s The Film Programme, Digital Planet, BBC 6 Music, More4 News, Sky News, we also secured features in The Guardian G2, The Times, Wired Magazine and many more technology and film publications.

Paris Is Burning

 

DVD release. The documentary Paris Is Burning, previously unreleased on DVD, has a huge gay and club scene following. We maximised the opportunities securing coverage in all gay press, club and DJ press and we persuaded London’s top gay night Horse Meat Disco to have a Paris Is Burning themed club night, including a screening of the film.
