Crimes from the past are reawakened when a traumatised journalist crosses paths with a celebrity hypnotist leading to a disturbing descent into the dark recesses of a fragmented mind where the lines between reality and illusion have fatal consequences. When war reporter Jason (Aneurin Barnard) meets famous hypnotist Tim (Jeremy Piven), he begins to experience the world through the eyes of a 1980s serial killer. Plagued by inexplainable memories of extreme violence, Jason’s grip on reality falters and his wife, Claira (Pixie Lott) starts to fear his PTSD will trigger a breakdown. Realising a killer has been reawakened, Jason must use hypnosis to uncover the truth and protect those closest to him. Past Life gets a limited theatrical release on 20 March and arrives on digital on 6 April courtesy of Miracle Media.
